Introducing Komesumi's original sake that goes well with seafood dishes, produced by Umi no Sake Brewery (Enshu Yamanaka Sake Brewery).
Three specialties of SAKE rice triangle
① Pairing with food Sake rice “Honofuji”
Homarefuji, a sake rice named after the sacred mountain Fuji that is exclusive to Shizuoka Prefecture
Its characteristic is a gentle aroma while retaining the taste of rice.
This is a sake rice sake that does not interfere with the taste of the food and is perfect for drinking with meals.
② Pairing with SAKE “Minami Alps underground water”
"Underground water of the Southern Alps" created from snowmelt water from 200 years ago
A rich amount of water of 260 liters per minute is pumped from a depth of 120 meters inside the sake brewery.
Unusually for sake breweries, this water is used for everything related to sake brewing, from rice polishing to brewing water.
The ultra-soft water that is naturally filtered before reaching the sake brewery is perfect for making sake.
③ Pairing with seafood Umi no Sake Brewery
The manufacturer is Enshu Yamanaka Sake Brewery, a "sake brewery of the sea" in Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
As a result of receiving enough salt minerals from the sea breeze, a sake that goes well with seafood from the sea was created.
